On Sunday February 7th, 1999, 39-year-old Paul Skiba took his 9-year-old daughter Sarah to the moving company he owned in Westminster, Colorado. Since that day, Paul, Sarah, and an employee of the company, 37-year-old Lorenzo Chivers, have been missing, and all three are presumed dead.
