“I still have that question since 35 years, like, why would you do that?”
Andrea is a gentle father with a rage that flares out of nowhere and doesn’t feel like his own. He thinks it came from his father, and he’s right, as far as it goes. When we follow it further back, past a Lego boat and a Sunday morning at fifteen, the trail ends on a battlefield, with a knight who is still fighting.
Seven months later he tells me whether he made the walk up the mountain, and whether the rage came back.
Once a month I hold An Evening with Timm: online, free, on Zoom. timmchristophel.com/the-room

“It’s a repeated thing that I’m not ready.”
Laura, a health coach, has spent thirteen years circling the work she knows is hers. She’d tell you it’s laziness, but whenever she steps toward it, her body feels danger. In this session we follow that danger back to a wooden house full of plants, and to a scream that has waited three hundred years.
Nine months later she sits with me on my terrace and tells me what changed, and what didn’t.

"It's like I want to scream, but nothing comes out of my mouth."
A woman said that on the couch in my practice room on Mallorca, in October 2025. The scream she was talking about is 300 years old.
Case Studies of the Soul plays real recorded sessions, on tape, with the people who lived them. Each episode is one case: a feeling that makes no sense in this life, followed back through the family line, and sometimes further back than that, until something comes home.
The first two cases come out together on Wednesday, 14 October: the witch who couldn't scream, and the knight who didn't know he was dead.
I'm Timm Christophel, creator of The Coming Home Process. I don't believe in past lives. I work with them.
