This week, the Consig made a call to the NYC, and a Big 10 California guy answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Ben Stevens (@BenScottStevens), an outstanding media personality and co host of The Morning After @SportsGrid , joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Big Ten Ben edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as Ben Scott Stevens tells the boys his story from growing up in Calabasas, CA to the move to the Big Apple with a stop in Omaha, Nebraska. After a modest high school athletic career and a broadcast degree from Syracuse University, Ben embarked on a journey to the Midwest and learned about winter winds and Big Ten football, Nebraska style. In two years, he became Big Ten Ben, embracing all sports but especially college football & basketball. From there, the opportunity to make the move to New York City came, and Ben went to the NYC to be on the air at SportsGrid. Appearing in various roles and shows, Stevens is now the co host of The Morning After M-F and In Game Live on Saturdays. He may have mice running around at times, a little avocado stuff in his perfect head of hair, but Ben knows sports and has a few good stories to share. A back up QB no more, B Double S stays for the full round with the boys.
Benjamin, aka the Calabasas Kid, stays to talk sports, and the Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche is first. Ben is a Dodgers fan, but he likes the Braves to win the NL East. CH agrees, but the PA boys, Neuby & Dave, stick with the Phils. Dave threw out some NL & AL Wildcard odds, and everyone made their pitch. There are no songs this week, but it leads to the first Layin or Takin segment of the season.
College football Week 1 is in the books, and the boys come out of the box with eight games for the rapid fire Layin or Takin College Football segment. Nobody knows shit, and this is everyone's chance to hear the sides & spreads with a little Big 10 spice. Get your pen and paper ready to fade or follow the plays, especially the consensus bangers.
NFL is HERE! So is In the Gun with Neuby. CH has the formula for the games, and Neuby calls the plays out. There is no algorithm, no model, and no chance that you want to miss the back and forth for the NFL debate. Life long Chiefs fan Ben Scott Stevens has plays, as do the boys. Nobody knows what that voice is that Neuby uses to deliver the intro, but there are picks given and shots taken. NFL talk, guns ablazin!
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. But, instead of asking it, he put it in his pocket for next week because of time constraints. The Corner will be back.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. CH saw a leaf that means football is here, Neuby said Sundays are for one thing only, Ben says the Big Ten is beautiful and Dave has a one year reminder for everybody about family, friends and football. One minute, always there when you call and always on time.
Sit back, listen in & laugh a bunch to this special September FOOTBALL episode of the Cash Considerations podcast.

This week, the Consig made a call to the Midwest, and a Iowa Mountaineer guy answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Brad Howe (@BradHowe07), an outstanding media personality and host of The Game Within the Game , joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Take Me Home edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as B Howe tells the boys his story from growing up in West Des Moines, Iowa to holding things down in Morgantown, West Virginia. Post a decorated high school athletic career and a college run at Wartburg College, Brad embarked on a journey to the University of Connecticut to work in the athletic office. Thanks to NBA great, Ray Allen, B Howe was kept alive for two years before moving onto Maryland. Stepping in for a friend on an interview led to Brad moving to West Virginia University to be an assistant Athletic Director in Morgantown. Over the next two decades, Brad got to see how things operate from behind the curtain in college sports. The stories are fun and real, and Brad can talk. The talking led to Brad's current role as the host of The Game Within the Game, co host of CityNet Statewide Sportsline & Three Guys before the game. A real analytics guy, Brad knows numbers and how to find stuff nobody is looking at, including cheese in a pepperoni roll. You can't guard him, but stay to listen to him shoot his shot.
B Howe stays to talk sports, and the Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche is first. Brad was a second baseman, and him and CH turn a couple sweet double plays. Dave keeps dealing with some wildcard odds and plays, and even Neuby had to ring up the Mets for their thumbs down gestures. There are no songs this week, but it leads to the first Layin or Takin segment of the season.
College football is really back with Week 1 games, and the boys come out of the box with eight games for the kick off, rapid fire Layin or Takin College Football segment. Nobody knows shit, and this is everyone's chance to fade or follow the games. Get your pen and paper ready to fade or follow the plays.
NFL is on a bye week, but In the Gun with Neuby is here. Who is going to win the AFC East & the NFC East? Brad jumps right in with the boys to give his thoughts. CH is now known as Mac the Knife, B Howe has his sights set on Buffalo, Dave says G Men are live, and Neuby says shooters shoot. NFL talk, guns ablazin!
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. What was your nickname & what were your favorite sports nicknames? Initials always work, last names are good, but rapper Neuby Peuby got everybody. CH had lasers and a papi, B Howe went a little famous & Dave had a list of family & friends that were all special. An all timer for all you home slices in Carl's Corner this week.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. CH went for less filling beer, Neuby said all you had to do was shoot, B Howe says college football is not just for the big brands and Dave did a weekend story time from the Circa resort with a little magic trick. One minute each and bet the over for laughs.

This week, the Consig made a call to the West Coast, and a Pittsburgh guy answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Dave Dameshek (@Dameshek), an outstanding media personality and podcast host on the Extra Points Network, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Yinzer guy edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as Dameshek tells the boys his story from growing up in Pittsburgh, PA to writing comedy in Hollywood. Post a decorated high school athletic career and after school at that other Indiana, Dave's fate was changed by one goal by another Dave, specifically David Volek. Onto to Chicago, Dameshek did his thing in sales until he figured that office life was not his thing. In LA, Double D honed his craft writing comedy with the likes of Adam Corolla and Jimmy Kimmel. Grinding for 20 years on the West Coast, Dameshek is now co hosting shows on the Extra Points Network, including Extra Points with Cousin Sal. A storyteller with Pittsburgh roots and the accent to prove it, Dave D is on his game, from the Pittsburgh escapades, the fruit breakdown and a little deep dive into the parking situation in the Burgh. Apples and jagoffs aren't the only thing the two Pittsburgh guys agree on, but you don't want to miss any of it.
Dameshek stays to talk sports with the boys, and Dave called for THE SONG to lead things off. Dameshek never heard THE SONG so that prompted a discussion about team songs. Neuby went right back to 1979, and like we always say on THE SHOW, we talk about sports, gambling and family. It's everything but the Stargell Stars, then a Fly Eagles Fly, and Carl can only think of one to describe the Red Sox right now, and it's not Dirty Water.
Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche comes next. You don't have to be a big baseball nut to listen to these baseball thoughts as Dave asks CH and Dave D about the pennant races and who they are looking to bet down the stretch. Popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jack are baseball snacks, and the guys go back and forth without a rain delay before getting to the main course.
Coming off a rousing debut last week, Neuby gets you "In the Gun" for the football talk. Who is going to win the AFC South & the NFC West? He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds? Shooting from the hip, Dameshek fires away with a couple season win thoughts, CH looks for a way to work Brady in, and Dave says it's Titans to lose. NFC West has everybody stymied but man, its a good conversation. Football is back.
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. What are your go to snacks when you watch sports? The answers will make you hungry. Neuby went to an old standby, Dave went a little nuts, Dameshek broke down a big nut and introduced Shek's mix to the world while CH got his popcorn ready. An all timer in Carl's Corner this week.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. Neuby pulls out the penny slots , CH thanked Donald Fehr via Big Papi, Dameshek buckles up and bings for a whole minute, and Dave said something about jagoffs, fights and milk crates. One minute each and bet the over for laughs.

This week, the Consig made a call to the deep South, and a Bama boss answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Casey C (@BamaMafiaPicks), a noted Alabama Crimson Tide unapologist and leader of the Bama Mafia, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Vegas guys trip edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as Case tells the boys what him and his crew are doing in Las Vegas. After a day of partying at Stadium Swim, Casey gave the boys his breakdown of what Alabama football is really like down in Tuscaloosa. It ain't just barbecue and butt whippings down there, but @BamaMafiaPicks knows were the good spots are, both for food and road trip SEC games. Casey listens to the show, knows it's an OVER show, and that NOBODY KNOWS SHIT, and shares it all with the boys. If you aren't a Gator, you Gator bait and that damn Florida State chant will not be heard, but if you roll with the Tide, you will love this interview, no matter where you are from or which school you root for (unless it's Auburn).
With Bama gone back to the tables in Vegas, the boys got down to business. The only thing to talk about NBA was the only real signing that mattered, at least to Neuby. Cue up THE SONG, listen as Neuby and Dave dance while CH even started bobbing his head. Buzzer Beater, swish and it's on to the diamond.
Baseball comes next and Dave actually remembered to say bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche. Apparently, somebody cares about baseball so the boys give you a quick look at what is happening this week. Dave started wearing a Yankees hat, Carl isn't happy about it, especially because the Red Sox can't beat them. CH still can't find the package, and the Sox can't find a win out of that bullpen. The Wild Card talk is quick and nobody really knows who is going to win it, but everyone knows it's not the Mets. Neuby is sitting fastball, and he nails it with his take on the NL East. Phillies? Braves? Dave always says "Nobody Knows Shit", but after this segment, there may be a new segment called "Neuby Knows Shit."
Speaking of new segments, Dave hands off the football talk to Neuby, and he goes "In the Gun". Nobody watches the preseason so Neuby went straight to the regular season. Who is going to win the NFC North & the AFC North? He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds? Finally, it's FOOTBALL talk. Packers that easy? The Browns, really? Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Do you watch Hard Knocks? CH wanted to know that and what reality TV is in your life? The answers will surprise you. Neuby went all in with the love, Dave & the Consig girls like masks and singing, and Carl still can't get enough of the Idol. Things are always real in Carl's Corner.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. Neuby went fishing looking for Captain Ahab , CH finally found the package and had it specially hand delivered, and Dave closed the book with a B and a story about a Bama mafia member named Carl that you have to be "in the family" to appreciate.

This week, the Consig made a call north of the border, and a Kool guy in Toronto who bets answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Kris Abbott (@CoolBetKris), Director of Content at CoolBetCanada & Sports Betting Analyst heard on TSN, Sportsnet, Audacy & ESPN, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the summer days of August edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as Kris tells the boys his story from growing up in Newfoundland, Canada to broadcasting games to working for CoolBetCanada, Canada's newest sports betting, poker and casino website. After school, Kris with a K, hung up his skates & cleats to broadcast junior hockey and coach youth sports. With his knowledge of the game, Abbott found his way to OddsShark where he got into the sports betting content world. Not just a hockey guy, Kris went from calling games to picking games and talking about it. Now at CoolBet, Kris is making markets, looking at numbers and finding ways to engage customers.
Even though you may not know how to spell his name, Kris will do it for the 10,000th time in a perfect Canadian accent. He won't even correct you when you spell it wrong, and you are -500 to spell it wrong. Be sure to listen close when Neuby asks Kris about poutine, "Canada's national dish." Dave started speaking Italian, gravy was mentioned, and there were no fries left for anybody. Things were just getting started, and Kris came out of the corner to stay with the boys after a hot food take you won't forget.
Baseball comes first and Dave actually remembered to say bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche. Is baseball interesting? Even if you don't think so, the hardball segment will have your attention from the first pitch. The Phillies are in first place, and Neuby is here for it. The Reds are back in the discussion and the boys brought back Si or No for their playoff chances. What are the odds telling you about the NL West? Why aren't the Giants the favorite yet? The real payoff pitch comes when the AL East is discussed. The Blue Jays are back in Toronto, and they are on the rise in the standings as the Red Sox are in a free fall. It's Carl vs Kris. C comes before K but the Jays may pass the Sox by the end of the week. The boys prove baseball is interesting and fun before the football segment kicks off.
Dave hands off the football talk to Neuby, and he takes it to the house. Nobody knows shit about the preseason so Neuby went straight to the regular season. Who is going to win the AFC West and the NFC South? He gives the other guys the odds and asks who is going to win, but more importantly, is there any reason to bet them with those odds? Finally, it's FOOTBALL talk.
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. CH wanted to know what posters you had up in your room as a kid? The answers will surprise you. Carl had lights, Dave had hats, Kris had a sled and Neuby had a sponge. Go back in time and get posterized in Carl's Corner.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. CH delivered the package, Neuby just wanted to say hello, Kris is done with it all, and Dave has a couple special birthday shaht ahts that aren't just about a number.

This week, the Consig made a call to south Jersey, and a Philly guy who knows the Right Side answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Donnie “RightSide” Seymour (@RightSideVP), NFL & MLB host on SBR Sportspicks & co host on SiriusXM & SportsGrid TV, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the dog days of August edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as Donnie tells the boys his story from growing up in south Jersey to handicapping games & hosting shows about sports gambling. After a storied high school athletic career as a wide receiver in a veer offense, Rightside graduated college & got into the mortgage business. Not a fan of math, Donnie became a sandwich guy and got into the sub shop business. While dealing chicken cutlets and cheesesteaks, Donnie found his knack of finding the “Right Side” of games could be a career, and he went all in.
An Eagle fan from birth, Donnie used his football training and knowledge to get into the handicapping business. From there, he started hosting shows, and now you can find Donnie hosting national shows on SiriusXM 204 and SportsGridTV with Kevin Walsh everyday. From the parking lot of Eagles games to being on the side of buses in the NYC, Donnie likes to walk & talk sports, and he is just getting started. Get on the RightSide with the boys this week in tasty interview with Donnie “RightSide” Seymour.
First up in sports this week, the boys went to NBA free agency. Dave asked if it does anything for you, and the guys weighed in. Donnie took the first shot, Carl added the Lakers to his #AnybodyButTheNets and Neuby brought back the song! The shot clock went off as did CH’s WiFi, and the boys went to the diamond for MLB.
Dave forgot to say bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche again but the baseball segment is all about the East. The trade deadline was tremendous, but, after the moves, who is going to win the AL East? Donnie says the Red Sox will find a way, Dave reminds him that the Yankees have a softball team that K Dub loves, and what about the Jays and Rays? Where is Carl? With a couple Philly guys, Dave asked if it was time for the Phillies to make their run. Neuby knows what to do and hit it out like Harper. Donnie came in to close it while CH was warming up in the bullpen. Are you ready for some football?!?
The NFL Hall of Fame game is Thursday. Dave asked if anybody gives a shit or if anybody knows shit. Neuby got under center and quarterbacked the first CC Football segment since the draft. It looks like football, sounds like football, but what is the right side and will you bet it? Listen as the boys get their reps in.
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Food and football go together so CH wanted to know what is your tailgate food go to? Neuby the Foody kicked it off with a bacon wrap, and Donnie returned it with a monster spread. Dave just wanted sausage & peppers and Carl added onions. You will be hungry after the visit to the Corner this week, but the menu is a winner.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. Neuby asked what the world would look like without a ship, CH asked for a line of credit, Donnie asked for less streams and Dave can’t wait to for school to start.

This week, the Consig made a call to the Midwest, and a guy with Chicago ties answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. Chris Rongey (@ChrisRongey), Chicago radio personality, part time Audacy host, joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the July trade deadline Olympic edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Listen as Chris tells the boys his story from growing up in the Missouri to doing the pregame & postgame show for the Chicago White Sox. After an injury shortened high school baseball career and a brief run at tennis, Rongey got to Chicago just in time to witness a playoff baseball game. The story of the last weekend and game 163 will take you right into the ballpark. Chris was sick to his stomach with anticipation that day, but it wasn’t the same thing that caused a rumble on his most memorable trip to Vegas. His friends didn’t know what time it was but they got a wake up call of their own. A lifelong Bears fan, he reminded everybody about the Super Bowl Shuffle win over Carl’s Patriots, and then he dished out the truth about deep dish pizza snobs in Chicago. Lastly, people called him an idiot back in the day, but Chris got “your a idiot“ last laugh on everybody. Not a writer, no longer a waiter, but a gentleman and a good son in every sense of the word, Chris brought his A game.
Sports wise this week, the boys went to the NBA first because, well, it’s finally over. Bucks in six beat Suns in four, and Giannis was MVP. Neuby had the Bucks, CH became a Giannis fan with Dave, but how can the Nets be 2/1 to win the title next year? It takes Giannis longer to shoot a free throw than it does for the boys to move on to baseball.
Dave forgot to say bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche but the baseball segment is nothing but heaters. Who wins the AL East? Did the Yankees really get Joey Gallo? Did you say Joey Callo with a C? Our guy CH breaks it down pretty easily, and Neuby hit it out of the park without even looking at the pitch. The National League East comes down to the Mets, Braves and Phillies, and the boys are split on who wins it. Trade deadline is coming up and all three of the guys think there are moves coming. Next stop is the medal stand.
The Olympics are on but is anybody watching it? Real question, is anybody betting it? Neuby makes a big splash in the pool, as Dave and Carl sound off about the challenges of the time change in Japan. It’s a gold medal performance in record time to get to the best corner in sports gambling.
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had two questions on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. If you were to compete in an Olympic sport that wasn’t a real sport, what would it be? Then, the follow up was what would be your actual Olympic sport. The answers will both surprise and make you laugh. Catching shit, drinking shit or taking a shit, there is no ribbon for Neuby and sadly no ace for Carl. Ping ponging back and forth, they end the point with a smash.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. Neuby told everybody to look to the middle and be quiet, CH missed an ace by inches in a round of golf with his friends, and Dave paid tribute to Mama Donna and Big Consig turning 18 in the circle of life.

Dave, Carl & Neuby are back after a 2-week hiatus and hit the ground running. We start out with Dave recapping his vacation before we dive right back into the games. First, the guys get into the NBA Season that seems like it will never end. Who wins the series? Who will be the MVP? Then the boys quickly discuss the Stanley Cup Finals and wonder if Tampa can Three-Peat.
Next, they get into the Home Run Derby & the All Star Game before making their second half predictions. Who do they like for the divisions? Who wins the pennant? CH is looking for a Red Sox song and we finally draw our $100 bet winner.
Carl's Corner features what the guys would do with a day spent with the Stanley Cup before the boys bring it home with the world-famous Take a Minute Segment (with a bonus appearance from Middle Consig). CH has a shout-out to all of the people he's met through THE SHOW, Dan Alexander explains his name change and Dave wraps it all up with a lot of hugs for a lot of people.

This week, the phone rang & the Consig and the boys answered. THIS IS THE SHOW. It’s Omaha, Omaha but not that Omaha. Dave, Carl and Neuby are joined by Cody Stafford (@CoachStafford6) with the late June, postseason edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Sometimes, you just have to say the hell with it and do something. In their first on site interview from a sporting event, Dave, Carl and Neuby welcome the Cody Stafford to the show, live from the College World Series. A supervisor at Circa Sports in Las Vegas, Cody is a baseball dude and took a couple days to go see some ball in person. He has plays, he can still hit a curveball, and he has one of the best mustaches in the game. It’s another at bat for Stafford in his bid to get on the Show, and he goes yard.
Sports wise this week, the boys went to the NBA first. There is no Sixers song, as the Sixers did the Philly thing and exited the playoffs early. Neuby took it like a champ, and Carl got him to play a new song. The Hawks are in the Eastern Conference Finals. Can they win it? Are the Bucks just going to steam past them? Will anyone be watching? As far as Clippers-Suns, Dave said the Clips are not dead, and the boys gave you their thoughts on each series. #AnybodyButTheNets worked once so who is next?
The “Pulling the Goalie” playoff edition might as well have been done in French. Dave & CH talk a little Islanders-Lightning and give you a little game 7 breakdown. As for Vegas, hockey season is over in the desert. Nobody knows shit. Except Neuby, who said that Montreal would win the series. It’s quick, it’s fast and it’s a full line change to baseball. Bon dia, bon tardi, bon noche. Back to the dugout to find the mailbag.
Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L went to the listeners for questions on the “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show. Last week, after the first in person meet up, Carl can stop thinking about hoagies so it’s sandwich time. What is your favorite sandwich? We saved the cheesesteak for you.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. CH remembered how are you and how ya doin, Neuby brought the house down and Dave reminds everybody that the show is about sports gambling, family and life.

This week, the Consig made an executive decision & had a sit down with the boys. THIS IS THE SHOW. More family business and now the kids get involved. Dave, Carl and Neuby get the band together with the “Fathers Day” edition of the Cash Considerations Show.
Everyone has a favorite uncle. In their first CC sit down IN PERSON meeting, Carl and Neuby welcome the Consig kids to the show, and before you know it, they are now known as everyone’s “favorite” uncles. Big Consig and Middle Consig answer the tough questions and ask a few of their own. It’s not just doubles and bombs, bruh. But the socials are all there, even the ‘Gram and the Snap thing, and they got you on the follow back. Questions, answers and stories do not disappoint.
Sports wise this week, the boys went to the NBA first. The Sixers were toast, down 3-2 to the Hawks, then they played the song. Neuby mushed the Hawks and now it’s game 7. What’s the line and what’s the play? Carl knows, and he asks Dave. As far as Clippers-Suns, they all have an idea and fire up some 3s. And as always, everybody is rooting for #AnybodyButTheNets.
The “Pulling the Goalie” playoff edition is all business. Dave & CH run the power play as the Cup run continues with four teams. The Knights are down 2 games to one. Tampa is up 3 games to one. Nobody knows shit.
There’s questions, there’s answers and there are laughs. Kylie and Kelsey, the Consig kids, provide a live audience, a laugh track and a few zingers of their own.
As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations. Neuby leads off the love fest, CH talks about taking the show on the road, and Dave reminds everybody that the show is about sports gambling, family and life.
