Likely not a popular opinion.  But the fact is, people shouldn't be hired to fill a quota.  They should be hired because they can (and will) get the job done.  To do otherwise puts a burden on everyone else - and that's been getting worse.  We talked about this on an episode some months back.

Today marks the first time the second endeavor will fully pay, and we're close to starting our third endeavor which is guaranteed pay.
