Aaron is local bartender and writer who I met about 13 years ago here in Whistler. We haven't really spoken much since then, so when I mentioned this podcast he was super down to chat. In this EP we talk about flame throwers, friends in a transient town, facebook happy bday messages, looking young while aging, how cool it would be to be a parent, having the airport control tower app to listen in on air traffic controllers talking, what being polite means, how awesome NY is, the importance of pizza, among other things.

Ben is a local Whistler filmmaker who films action sports and is also the owner of Vantage Digital Media. This is a good episode, but somewhat loose in production. Video goes all fucky part way through because my gimbal sketched out and we have some other technical difficulty. We ended up talking a lot about snowboarding and skiing along with some travel, snus, a little bit of hockey and more. I am also way off on my fact checking about the movies he's worked on so we had to sort that out along the way as well.

Donovan has an interesting story and is one of the friendliest dudes out there. He's fought to be where he is today. From an unstable childhood to dealing with addiction while residing on DTES, stand up comedy, social media marketing to teaching yoga and rehab counselling... We met back in 2010 during the olympics in Whistler.
