Cat Calls

This weeks episode of Cat Calls is all about masturbation baby. Pretty easy to understand, Cat takes the mic solo for a little bit, and then is joined by Lauryn Vigeland (her friend), while a couple other girls chime in on the topic as well. welcome backkkk:) On this weeks episode of Cat Calls, Cat takes the mic solo to give some advice and tips on how to be more confident in yourself and in general. It is pretty self explanatory  but some of what she talks about includes being confident in your physical appearance  & being confident mentally. She gives tips on how to come off as confident, and how to go in to different situations confident such as work, school, an interview, sex, a date, or even a bar, and more. eNjOy. 

On this weeks episode of CAT CALLS,  Cat is joined by one of her old team mates, and close friend Gracy Mowers.  Can you take a guess on what sport they talk about.... GYMNASTICS BABYYYY (aka the best/hardest/most insane sport in the world!) Tune in to hear a bit more about D1 UNH gymnast, and her story with gymnastics. Along with many  stories (both serious and funny) about the sport from both girlies, and a little bit of olympic talk since the olympics are coming up in the next few days. On this weeks epsiode of Cat talk, Cat gets brutally honest with some significant other relationship talk & stories. She shares a bit about her perspective of often being on the outside of the relationship as a family member and friend, and how over the years she has learned about the good parts and bad parts of different relationships. Cat talks about both family relationship stories, toxic relationships, and what she wants in a relationship. Along with what to watch out for, what to look for, and advice on what a strong and healthy relationship should be like. eNjOY!

On this weeks epsisode of Cat talk, Cat is joined with her very first guest, one of her best friends from college, Kait.  Cat and Kait met each other at the beginning of their freshman year at the University of Alabama, and "were each others bitches" ever since. The two girls talk a bit about their friendship, and how they met. But they mainly focus on one thing they had in common, and often did together, which was hanging out with men for entertainment.  This was something they liked to call "guy hopping". (guess you will have to listen to find out what it is) The two tell some of there many funny/scary/ratchet stories they experienced in this process.  
Halfway through the episode the gears change from carefree and funny, to a bit more serious. For the rest of the time Cat and Kait discuss Kait's relationship with her first college boyfriend. Not much else has to be said, besides the fact that the two share just a few of the crazy things this toxic man did.  Enjoyyyy.:)
