Episode 6 features former Catamount Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Chris Santo (2:00) who breaks down the exhibition matchup between Vermont and St. Anselm where he is now the head coach. He details what it was like to return to Patrick Gym and his first experience watching Vermont on TV while the Catamounts traveled to Alabama. Then Head Coach of the UVM Men's Soccer team Rob Dow (20:42) gives on update on his team prior to the start of their playoff push. After earning a first round bye in the America East Tournament Rob breaks down some of the challenges this year has presented and gives insight into what many of the Catamount All-Conference performers provide. 

It's tournament time for fall sports and Liv White (3:31) starts the show by breaking down the Women's Soccer Halloween costumes and how they are preparing for the America East Quarterfinals on Sunday. Then Cross Country Head Coach Matt Belfield (19:05) gives a preview of the America East Cross Country Championship races on Saturday hosted by UVM. 

Vermont Field Hockey's all-time assist leader Sophia Drees (2:36) joins the show after breaking the record against UMass-Lowell last week. She details her big weekend and her teams evolution throughout the season. Then, UVM Men's Soccer Goalie Coach Brendan Pulley (21:25) explains his transition from player to coach at Vermont and the emergence of freshman keeper Niklas Herceg. 

With both soccer teams in the heart of conference play, Associate Head Coach (Women's Soccer) Mike Skelton and Graduate Student Defender (Men's Soccer) Zach Barrett are here to talk some footy. Skelton (2:27) explains the danger his team poses going forward with a variety of attacking options. Then Barrett (22:58) emphasizes the importance of set pieces and explains how the back line has developed throughout the season. 

Host Brian McLaughlin is joined by Lara Beecher (6:17) of the Women's Ice Hockey team to discuss the start of the season and her intense offseason work. Then Lotte Kanters (19:46) a senior on the Field Hockey team gives insight into the recent big wins and what it's been like coming from her home in the Netherlands to attend school and compete in America. 

Catamount Insider returns for a new year! Host Brian McLaughlin is joined by Senior Midfielder on the Men's Soccer Team, Connor Thompson (2:55) who recently scored his first career goal. Then Field Hockey Head Coach Kate Pfeifer (22:52) discusses her teams start to the season and changes to college sports landscape impacting the America East. 

In the final episode of season two, hear from UVM Women's Lacrosse senior MacKenzie Bolt on her final year with the Cats. Plus, a conversation with AHL broadcaster and former voice of Catamount Men's Hockey Michael Lehr on calling a game starring UVM legend Stefanos Lekkas.
