Catch Me Who Can by Shelagh Delaney is a drama that asks questions about freedom. It tells the story of Hattie, a teenage girl trying to find her freedom by running away from school and home. Her search, or her desire for escape has a profound influence on her teacher Mr. Halliwell, played by Toby Jones, whose rather cosy life is unsettled by her ‘flight’. 

Hattie was played by Ivy Sheehan, Boy by Xavier Moras Spencer, Mr Haliwell by Toby Jones and the Bag Woman by Rita Tushingham

Catch Me Who Can was written by Shelagh Delaney and adapted for audio by Charlotte Delaney

Sound recordist was Paul Clark, at Sonica Studios, and sound design was by Alisdair McGregor

Original music was by Max Delaney
