Let a woman move on too quickly, oh no she's a H-o-e. Is there really a such thing as moving on too soon? We are going to start talking about healthier eating a lot more and this is the start to that journey. Also, should women be afforded 3 health days at work to be used for the monthly periods that we have to endure? Let's discuss.

In this episode I talk about the HBO doc called "On The Record" that delves into several women's accounts of sexual abuse from the hands of Hip Hop legend Russell Simmons. I thought it was interesting how this isn't being discussed more and I wanted to shed life on this story and shed light on the experiences of women.
