The Table is full today with family of my own bloodline. Garvin Tolbert, better known as Coach Garvin a coach of nearly twenty years sits shoulder to shoulder with his son, an upcoming Artist, known as Gee5ive. Our 3 different perspectives from me losing my dad, Garvin losing a brother and Gee losing an uncle.  Our in studio Co-Host Andrew Powell is in the house sharing his Trinidad roots and musical background. Being able to have a close relationship with their son James who also graces the set, I've been able to feel and grow from having their influence around on the court and in life. Mollie Rue, is an aspiring sports agent in a male dominant industry. SMU Alum walks us through the pursuit of her career the pitfalls she faces everyday. She’s an avid sports fan predominantly the Dallas Starz, and her special relationship with her grandmother. Garrett Bradford, Weatherford native sits down to discuss his ongoing musical career. Having attended All Saints Episcopal High School in Fort Worth our relationship gave Bradford the comfort, to share a touch story of having lost his best friend and the way it shaped his life although we come from different backgrounds on a a number of topics we were able to relate. A mastermind to say the least a co-owner of the all natural hair care brand NeoCurly. Danielle is a twin, who never realized that her opinions were never hers but biased towards whatever feelings her and her twin sided with. Now as she approaches adulthood she challenged to look back and reflect on the emotions she felt in her adolescence in order to surpass the blockage in her life. The loss of her father was an easy topic for us discuss knowing the fact that too has lost mine as well. Questions she had to continually ask herself are who she is and what her identity is. There is victory in each one of our stories, Washington a native of Lubbock, Texas raised in ministry felt there was a gap between the millennial and the generations before and after leading to him creating his own collaborative group entitled The Ladder.  Some of the topics we discuss include the fact that regardless if it's a good lawyer or a bad lawyer they tend to come in handy. In deeper discussion we visit on the question of whether people going to church to heal or what other reason. Washington a man of god standon t=his faith and wants you to know that here is life still to be lived despite how things have turned out. Adrianne Ross, owner of Studio 33, self made stylist is a "boss" by all means. Former WNBA player has conquered many milestones a long way from her hometown of Hobbs, New Mexico.  Recently inducted to the TCU Hall of Fame, Ross is the sister of Ronald Ross former Texas Tech Red Raider and now a member of the coaching staff in Lubbock.   Ross has traveled many places out of the country over her 10 year professional basketball career in Europe. While we talk Adrianne reveals her experience and the time she shared with her deceased mother before her passing and how close they had become prior to her passing. Which then leads to her sharing her belief in God and how alignment in her life guides her way regardless of what society thinks.
