I had the absolute pleasure of having Richard Miller come on to the podcast. He is one of the foremost authorities on Yoga Nidra here in the United States and Worldwide. He has a very calm demeanor but he understands the world in a very unique way. We talked about:
-his intro to meditation through a silent yoga class
-experiencing others energies from across the globe
-What yoga nidra is
- What iRest yoga nidra meditation is and how it's been used for soldiers returning from war, cancer patients, people with multiple multiple sclerosis, and many more
-moving testimonials about iRest
-How to tap into your unwavering essence
- An insane iRest yoga nidra guided meditation at the end!

When I heard that Grace was "one of the coolest millennials" that Michelle Gale knows, I knew I had to get her on the podcast. She was nothing short of amazing. Being curious and getting introduced to yoga at a young age allows her to have a wisdom to her words that let you know she's done the work to get to where she is today. I talk to her about:

Thrilled to bring to you an awesome interview on a technique that I personally had no knowledge of before reading a couple of articles, Sophrology. You will hear about the roots of Alfonso Caycedo developing this technique in the 60's and how he studied eastern contemplative techniques to come up with this new self-development technique. We chat with Dominique, founder of BeSophro about how when she got her Masters in Caycedian Sophrology she had the unique opportunity to study with Alfonso himself and what that meant to her. Dominique was a wonderful soft-spoken guest that had a lot of powerful things to say about the technique that has transformed her life and how she is now able to bring that to all of her clients. She guides us through a brief sophrology exercise at the end, and that was a pretty unique experience!
