In 2002, Kacie Woody was 13 years old and was obsessed with chatting online. It was normal for the time and her age and in the early days of online chat rooms and instant messaging, we didn't know as much about safety as we do now. She thought she was talking to a 17 year old boy from California...the reality was much more terrifying.
