On this episode of Caulk of the Walk, I have on my amazingly talented friend Delfina Gonzales. She's a long term home owner who's seen the ups and downs of all the apr's and knows a thing or two about what it takes to be an American home owner in many economies. 

Tonight's drink was an Old Fashioned:

3 Sugar Cubes
5-6 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1 Thick Slice of Tangelo
3 Fingers of 1798 Bourbon
Plenty of Ice
The good, dark cherries

In a whiskey glass, add three sugar cubes and douse them with 5-6 drops of orange bitters. Layer your thick cut of tangelo on top, then muddle and allow the sugar to become a syrup with the orange juice and oil. Add one finger of bourbon and swirl. When this looks mixed add the other two fingers and swirl. Top with ice, three dark cherries, and the juice of the cherries (one spoon full).
