Buffalo Classic and cats

I grabbed Western New York's first female blackbelt and gave her a platform. She has been to a lot of gyms in the area so I am sure she has some good stories. She is currently at Spar and recently started a ladies program. Her and YouTube Schultz make up the the first blackbelt power duo in the area maybe we can get some details on how to make jiu jitsu work in a relationship. I mean really who washes the gi's lol.

Josh Ketry is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, and in buisness. We will sit down and talk with him all about the upcoming Buffalo Classic, and everything else about him that we can get to.

Had on Butch Chadwick to discuss his recent fight. At 54 debuting you know he is something special. We shot outside of the studio and at the gym instead. He is a little old and didn't know how long a podcast is so I may have got him in trouble lol. totally worth it. Take a listen to Butch!
