Schools are closing all over we talk about what is open and what is closed in Western New York, after that we talk about the fights and tournaments that are still open and closed.  We talk about the personal effect this is having on some of the local instructors.  We talk the one and only Patchy Mix coming in and helping out the kids class.

We sat down with the help of magic cell technology and talked about Scott Ferrozzo's  career losing some toes and beating up Tank Abbott.  He talked about everybody being on Steroids wait till you hear who he said wasn't!!

For our 100th episode we had on our number 1 highest viewed podcast guest Fred Ettish. We learned where Ray has been all 2020. Fred dropped a lot of wisdom on us. We talked about what is coming in 2020 and our favorite moments of the last few years of podcasting.

We had on John Hackleman, Chuck Liddell's trainer former trainer.  This was probably our most fun podcast with a big name guest.  From the time John got his coffee to the end of the podcast it was nothing but fun.  Check out his online training site if you want to train with the man that made the Pit famous.

Closing in on 100 episodes so we have been bringing in the guests. Today I have Mr. Jiu-Jitsu himself. Sorry no Ray, My phone sucks I am sorry for some of the audio. Ray's phone is what we usually do the guests on. The interview is great and we talk about Mr. JJ next trip to the 716 as well as give Mike "YouTube" Shultz some love.
