Caveman's Corner

Had on #Warhorse manager to talk about the recent  Belator fight and his upcoming show.  Trigger was a super cool guy and a great listen.  Maybe the longest Easter egg of all time past the close music.  Check this one out and then go see his show tomorrow night

Stepped away from the local guys to get an interview with a legend of the Cage Mark Hall.  Mark fought back in the day when fighting was fighting.  He also may have some issues with Duct tape haha.

20:00 he talks about his struggle with his disability

32:47 Shamrock stuff some more

36:00 dealing with the market crash

40:00 relationships

1:23:00 we talked about his record being wrong on Sherdog.  Since the interview I got his record fix Caveman's corner doing good in the MMA community.

Had on one of the great men in the sport Cameron Lienhart.  Cam is a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, a Pastor, a hell of a competitor and one of the good stories in the Western New York Jiu-Jitsu community. No scratch that, he is a good story in all of New York's Martial Arts community.  He has a passion for helping people that is undeniable. Listen to hear how an amazing man talk about Jiu-Jitsu and the local community and his church.  I left it unedited so you can hear his true passion.  Don't miss this one.

Had a great podcast with Peace Officer and BJJ black belt Jay Wadsworth.  We talked about Defensive Tactics for the Police as well as his new Dvd.  Ray was out again.  (How does he get so many days off?)  Get the low down on what a cop thinks, and what he thinks about BJJ in the area.  Only on Caveman's corner.
