Had on a guy stirring up conversations in the local training area's. Things were said about Gym's that are not the opinion of Caveman's Corner. Carlos is training at my friends gym now and wanted to give him an opportunity to represent himself.

First fight for K-4 signed!  Of course the biggest loudest guys so we had them on the podcast!

Had on the one and only Mike Stevens. Talked about the spitting event and his trip to Germany to represent the United States.

Had on Randy and Nate. I love this podcast you can see Nate's love for his dad it warms my soul.

We sat down and watched Solomon Renfro's fight and the whole fight card.  

No one named the Misfit is ever going to be on time. We got going and she jumps in and gave us one of my favorite interviews so far. She really broke down some of the dynamics of Bare Knuckle Boxing I hadn't thought of. Great podcast.

Two old guys talking about the glory days and Kyles retirement fight. This one touched my heart.
