CAVU Soul Studio

I'm just gonna get right to it: you don't NEED the crystals, the Oracle or Tarot cards, the sage, the oils, etc.

I'm not saying you shouldn't use them if you enjoy using them and they feel helpful. I AM SAYING you should remember they are only TOOLS along the journey. I want to encourage you today not to give your power away to tools, to other people (who also might fall in the "tool" category ;) take that however it resonates lol), to anyone or anything outside of you.

Your power lies WITHIN. It's from your soul, it's a result of your infinite and inseparable connection to God (or whatever your name for the Divine is). Even if you feel separated, disconnected, lost, stuck, etc., you absolutely can change that.

You are way more powerful than you're giving yourself credit for. Please listen to this one today, and if it moves you, please share it so more people can remember their strength, confidence, and divine connection.

If you've felt like you're often so close to your manifestations, so close to creating the life you desire, but never quite fully reaching it (this is me raising my hand too!), you might resonate with this...

I came across an IG Reel that called me out--I've become addicted to waiting!

That might sound weird at first, but if you think about it, waiting and never quite receiving or embodying your next level can become your identity, a kind of frustrating comfort zone where you know what to expect--or what NOT to expect. Not quite getting all the way there means we don't have to deal with the hard part--change!

But we can move through this. Come with me and let's release this silly addiction to waiting!

I can't find how to get a link to share the inner child Reel I referenced in this episode, but you'll find it by going to https://instagram.com/yourwisemomfriend and it's titled "Watch Me Gentle Parent My Inner Child"

We're expanding more on this dual energy that's going on, where it feels like two opposite energies are wanting to be absorbed at the same time.

This one's tricky but so necessary: we need to remember and reclaim the control we have over ourselves, our energy and our actions, but at the same time, to TRULY manifest and create the life we desire, we need to RELEASE control.

We need to remember that we are always CO-CREATING with God. We are not in this alone. EVER. I maintain my position that we are always connected and can never be separated from God (and your name for the divine doesn't matter. I cover that a bit too).

I never claim to have the only answer, so this is my current belief and understanding...but one way or another, there's gotta be a reason like you (and I too!!) have felt like a bit of an outsider, like you never truly fit in anywhere.

I'll tell you it's a positive reason for sure! But it also requires strength, bravery, and confidence (which you DO have, even if it's been buried).

Maybe there's some confidence sessions to be offered in the future...

Listen in for some inspiration and encouragement to embrace why you're here and get going on the rest of your path, and a fun card reading at the end to solidify everything we talked about!

I'd like to tell you that you don't need anyone's permission to shine your light, live your purpose, and all that jazz, but actually, you do need someone's permission: YOURS.

We're going to talk about bringing main character energy to your life, maybe in a little different way than you'd think, and give you a fun card reading at the end to solidify the message.

First, I need to let you know I recorded this in two parts. The second part was recorded on my phone, and I apparently didn't hold the mic on my earbuds close enough to my mouth, so there is quite a distinct shift in sound quality. (Naturally, right at the very end, I finally move it to the right spot lol. Just in time to wrap it up...) I hope that it's not too distracting, and that you can complete today's journey with me, because I feel like quite a potent message came through in the second half that you might need to hear.

Today's message is a little scattered--it's hard to properly organize my thoughts but I'm just giving my honest thoughts and hoping it reaches the right people and perhaps activates the light in your soul.

If you've been feeling stuck lately, this episode is for you. I hope you can feel the energy shifting, positivity, joy, and opportunities all coming your way. Especially if it's been a long period of "stuckness," you know it's time for a change. Let this episode inspire you to lean into this fresh energy AND take back control of your goals and actions.

LIVE your purpose rather than FOLLOWING it.

I do share a bit of personal storytelling in the beginning, so stick with me and listen in for what might be just the perspective shift you need!

Look, I know we already know we're spending too much time scrolling our phones, watching tv/Netflix/etc, especially when we have a desire and a knowing that there's more to life. We know we're giving too much of our energy away, giving too much of our time away to so many things that don't align with why we came here in the first place.

But knowledge and action are two different things. I offer you this message (that is also a message for myself, as is often the case!) and hope that it gives you the fire, the motivation, and the kick in the pants you need to get up and go do the damn thing.

We need to stop waiting for someone else to show us what to do, stop waiting for yet another sign when we already know our own answers, and go create, do and be who we came here to be!

More often than not, we really are the one limiting ourselves, regardless of what outside circumstances are. Things definitely happen that we have no control over (although there's also a bigger perspective to consider around that), but we always have a choice in how we respond.

So it's up to ourselves to notice and let go of our limiting beliefs--have FAITH and dream BIGGER!
