About Sharon:
Are you smart but underutilized? Are you told you're 'great at what you do'...but overlooked for the next level? Are you ready to feel valued and make a bigger impact?
I help smart women leaders
- Get a challenging, high-paying role within weeks, not months or years
- Lead interesting, strategic projects where YOU call the shots and YOU create the culture
- Get a YES for your ideas and your promotion after repeatedly not getting traction
- Regain the confidence to see yourself -and get others to see you - at the next level of leadership.
- Make a bigger difference (and a bigger salary to match)
If it feels like your Manager or your organization is controlling your career path, I'll show you how to take back your power and create a next level opportunity.
Because when a woman like yourself is in her power, she raises everyone around her!
Informed by 10 years of psychology research at Harvard Medical School and field-tested by 40,000 clients and trainees at over 50 Fortune 500 companies, my approach will help you be the change agent you want to be in your company - and get a next level role while you do it. These methods have created buzz at marquee women’s leadership conferences around the world (as well as at the White House and the United Nations).
I work with women through individual executive coaching and as the Founder of the Next Level Leader virtual group coaching initiative, which has a 92% track record supporting Women of Color and White Women to achieve their next level career goals within 4 months. I'm grateful to be selected as a member of the Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 Coaches community.
As the author of Success under Stress, Confidence when it Counts, and e-book From Pigeon Holed to Promoted, I've been honored to give hundreds of trainings on these topics that have been "rated as the most valuable part of our women's leadership programs". I'm a member of the Marshall Goldsmith Top 100 coaches community.
