The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Veterans Braintrust will focus on the struggles service members face returning home during the 54th Annual Legislative Conference in Washington. The session, scheduled for Sept. 26, will address PTSD, access to care, and civilian transition, while honoring former Rep. Charles Rangel, a Korean War veteran known for his advocacy for service members. Panelists include Reps. Sanford Bishop, Don Davis, and Lauren Underwood.
