Happy #420 (4/20/2020) from the CBD Source Podcast. It is the anniversary of our LAUNCH, on 4/20/2019! In salute to our first year of podcasting, we went live from 3:40 to 4:40 PM Eastern Time on FB and IG LIVE, with a big (Smoke Machine Assisted) Virtual 4:20 Smoke Sesh. We smoked and vaped three forms of CBD. The Cast called in from their Quarantines, we played a CBD & CHILL & talked about some new CBD / Cannabis Streaming shows, played Smash or Trash with a new video titled CBD by Ryanito,

Nutrition Expert and Best Selling Author of The Sugar Detox, Brooke Alpert. She discovered CBD though Charlotte’s story in trying to treat her husband, which set her career onto an entirely new track. You can see her regularly making appearances on The Doctor Oz Show, The Today Show, and Access Hollywood, and she is the founder of B Nutritious, and Daily Habit CBD.

We also pay tribute to Charlotte Figi (“Charlotte’s Web”), who died this week at just 13 (October 18, 2006 - April, 8, 2020).

It’s our milestone 50th episode, and today’s guest is a former Manhattan Creative Director who's life changed drastically after a Girls trip to Florida, that sent her on a CBD journey she had never imagined. A brain injury that rocked her world, sent her looking for answers, and it came in the form of a CBD Tea Bag. Half a decade later she has her own CBD brand, Indigo and Haze, and is the Editor in Chief of Women and Weed magazine, and has recently published the hardcover book by the same name.

Sarah Schwefel was born with a connective tissue disorder, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) who we met in episode 39. Cannabis, CBD and Terpenes and it changed her life, lifting some of her chronic pain. I called her and got the full scoop of what Vegas dispensaries are like in the first days of the shutdown.

Later we continue our conversation from episode 48 with cannabis advocate Mike Robinson, who is in Quarantine, fighting the symptoms of Covid-19 with Cannabis.

Col talked CBG, CBDP, CBD, THCP and CBDP and three Catskill Hemp Co. strains: Hawaiian Haze, Sour Space Candy, and CBG with our professional hemp handler Bill Russel. Alyssa from California Cannabinoids let Col try Delta 8 THCV, as he became only the 13th person EVER to sample it!

An action packed “C-BODY with DANI” episode featuring professional snowboarder Austin Lamoreaux who recently released his art/trick film “Yeller.” He details his love of CBD for muscle relaxation, recovery and relief after a day on the slopes. His adventures competing in Olympic trials, and his career as a backcountry freerider.
