She discovered CBD though Charlotte’s story in trying to treat her husband, which set her career onto an entirely new track. You can see her regularly making appearances on The Doctor Oz Show, The Today Show, and Access Hollywood, and she is the founder of B Nutritious, and Daily Habit CBD.

We also pay tribute to Charlotte Figi (“Charlotte’s Web”), who died this week at just 13 (October 18, 2006 - April, 8, 2020).

It’s our milestone 50th episode, and today’s guest is a former Manhattan Creative Director who's life changed drastically after a Girls trip to Florida, that sent her on a CBD journey she had never imagined. A brain injury that rocked her world, sent her looking for answers, and it came in the form of a CBD Tea Bag. Half a decade later she has her own CBD brand, Indigo and Haze, and is the Editor in Chief of Women and Weed magazine, and has recently published the hardcover book by the same name.

Sarah Schwefel was born with a connective tissue disorder, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) who we met in episode 39. Cannabis, CBD and Terpenes and it changed her life, lifting some of her chronic pain. I called her and got the full scoop of what Vegas dispensaries are like in the first days of the shutdown.
