Flip was able to explain one of the popular strategies that real estate investors use. That is the BRRRR method. We also touched on flipping homes has been successful for him. Flip has found a niche of his and is enjoying plenty of success in his lane. We also discuss hard money lending for people who may not have the capital but still want access to RE deals. This week brought dialogue concerning retirees working longer by choice, the proposed "wealth tax" bill that will erase $1.25 trillion in student loan balances, a feature IG is considering releasing that will remove a bit of validation from your profile plus much more!

This week's financial discussion surrounds a 4% annual percentage yield (APY)being offered by T-Mobile. They have partnered with BankMobile to bring this product to market. There is a limitation in which the account can only maintain a maximum balance of $3K and you have to be a T-Mobile customer. Our discussion surrounded how companies involving technology and mobile communication are molding the "fintech" space. 4% APY is beating most major financial institutions and even though there is a balance limit, this could serve as an emergency fund to many.

"Why are you partaking in unprotected sex but have no investments". Let that marinate! This discussion surrounds financial priorities and what people need to realize in the type of risks they take. Salute to Brandon Copeland. He is a linebacker for the New York Jets and UPenn graduate. In the offseason, he teaches a financial literacy class. We normally hear stores about young athletes blowing the bag so it's nice to hear Brandon being responsible with his contract.

In stock talk, the markets are still volatile and the VIX just went up to 14. With that being said, earnings season is around the corner. The fellas discuss what earnings season is and how this could create a good entry point for stocks that you want to invest in.

In personal development, the guys talk about toxic relationships and how they can be draining. Tobe describes a recent encounter he had with a friend due to a selfish act his friend demonstrated. Whether its a companion or a friend, toxic relationships need to be dealt with appropriately or they will negatively affect your life. Just ask Magic Johnson, he has resigned as Laker's President. Tobe secured a new gig while Josh hit a new all-time high with his stock investments. With that being said, this week's show started off by talking about people wanting the reward but not understanding the process. There are many losses that can be realized when you follow behind one's actions, especially in the stock market. Always do your own due diligence.

The guys also touched on Apple's mediocre launch of their streaming service and the step they took into the financial space. You soon will be able to get an Apple branded credit card!
