R&B sister duo Chloe x Halle as they put each other to the test to see how well they really know one another…and things get a little bumpy along the way…especially when it comes to the memory of a certain ruined Care Bear.

The comedian released the "unrefined" half-hour special for free as part of the "Netflix Is a Joke" YouTube channel.

"Normally I wouldn't show you something so unrefined, I hope you understand," Dave Chappelle captioned the release of 27 minutes and 20 seconds of very real talk about the death of George Floyd and the ongoing protests.

He also wouldn't normally share what is effectively a half-hour comedy special for free, but such is the importance of the topic. And while Chappelle in the special acknowledges that what he says and thinks shouldn't be important, he seems to know that people still care and perhaps are curious.

Australian artist The Kid Laroi has shared a new song, GO, featuring a posthumous contribution from his late friend and rapper Juice WRLD.

The track is the latest slice of music to arrive after Juice WRLD’s tragic passing in December last year, and is a new collaboration between him and the 16-year-old rapper, who toured together in 2019.

GO is accompanied by a video, directed by Steve Cannon, featuring footage of the duo working together, with Juice WRLD joking about giving a “$200,000 gift” by supplying a verse for The Kid Laroi’s birthday.

Jessica Mulroney's TV show I Do, Redo has been pulled from the Canadian network CTV after Canadian lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter called her out for "textbook white privilege."

Mulroney, a good friend of Meghan Markle, said in response to her show's cancelation that she has decided to "step away" from her professional engagements at this time.

"Bell Media and CTV encourages our entire team including our on-air talent to practice respect, inclusivity, and allyship as we pledge to work better and more openly to listen to and amplify Black voices, and not to minimize them," CTV said in a statement on Twitter Thursday, a day after Exeter shared a 12-minute long video on Instagram detailing her experience with Mulroney.

Fans of Hiroyuki Takei's popular shonen series 'Shaman King' have reason to rejoice. Fifteen years after the original anime series went off the air, a reboot has now been announced with a cooler, sleeker look than ever before.

Jessica Mulroney is apologizing for her actions toward influencer Sasha Exeter. The stylist and Meghan Markle's best friend came under scrutiny after Exeter shared how Mulroney "took offense" to her call to action amid the Black Lives Matter movement and used her "textbook white privilege" to send her a "threat in writing."

“As some of you may have seen, @sashaexeter and I had a disagreement,” Mulroney admitted in an Instagram apology on Thursday. "She rightfully called me out for not doing enough when it came to engaging in the important and difficult conversation around race and injustice in our society. I took it personally and that was wrong. I know I need to do better. Those of us with a platform must use it to speak out.”

The stylist continued by adding that she did not intend to jeopardize her livelihood and knew that their disagreement got out of hand. "For that I am sorry," she wrote. "I also know this is not about me, nor should it be about me. It is about the Black community that has been subject to racism, discrimination and violence for far too long."

The Little Mermaid’s Halle Bailey addressed the online backlash to her playing Ariel. She sat down with Teen Vogue to talk about her life and using her platform for positivity. Eventually, the highly-anticipated live-action version of the Disney classic came up. Bailey is still very thankful for being cast, and she’s balancing the good with the bad when it comes to the Internet response. Things have cooled down considerably, but the issue will probably reappear when the trailer releases. Until then, its just time to keep positive and be open to the experience for the young actress. She’s heard some of it and won’t be letting it get her down. There is so much support out there and it helps push out the hate.

Bailey told Teen Vogue, “We've always learned to just keep our heads up no matter the situation. No matter what anybody has to say about you...just keep pushing.”

One week after delaying their second album, Chloe x Halle finally released ‘Ungodly Hour.’  Judging by how fans are saying this masterpiece demands a Grammy, it was worth the wait.

Two years after singing about how The Kids Are Alright, Chloe x Halle (aka Chloe and Halle Bailey) have returned with a new album – and the timing could not be any better. The sisters released Ungodly Hour on June 12, thirteen tracks of divine music goodness, including their single “Do It,” as well as their Swae Lee/Mike Will Made-It collaboration, “Catch Up.” The reaction was, as expected, jubilant, as fans could not hold back their joy over the new release.

The talents of Chloe and Halle Bailey have never languished in obscurity. As young children, the Atlanta-born sisters acted in big-budget movies; when they decided to diversify into music in their early teens, they were swiftly snapped up by Beyoncé’s management company (they later made a cameo appearance in her visual album Lemonade). Since then, the duo have established themselves as precociously capable all-rounders, receiving Grammy nods for their 2018 debut The Kids Are Alright and becoming regulars on teen sitcom Grown-ish (there’s also a game-changing profile boost on the horizon, with Halle due to star as Ariel in Disney’s live-action remake of The Little Mermaid).

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is set to face a US$5.3 Million lawsuit later this month. It was the same case first dismissed in 2018 but was refiled by the complainants.

According to a report by Complex, plaintiffs and event promoters, Benhur Tesfalidet and Anton Alexander will be refiling the lawsuit before the month ends. The claim was filed initially in D.C. District Court back in 2018. It now accuses the controversial rapper of fraud, defamation, and breach of contract.

The plaintiffs alleged that 6ix9ine canceled an event without going through proper channels. Afterward, the rapper performed at another venue on the same night. Tekashi allegedly swiped a staggering $58,470 in advance fees.
