With today being a day of rest (the Shabbath) I offer you a positive reflection to consider. Be thankful for your story, your purpose and your existence. There were no mistakes in you being here. Believe that!

Do the things that put you in a positive space mentally, spiritually and emotionally. When in that space, you change the rooms you enter and inspire others to be positive

We all want to be appreciated. No one wants to be in a space where they do not feel loved and affirmed. The first thing we will do is learn to create a space of appreciation and affirmation for ourselves. Then we will create that same space for others; we want people to feel appreciated when they are in our presence. By knowing how to create a Space of Appreciation for others, they will know how to appreciate us.

We have to give ourselves permission to be unapologetically who we are.

Your inner circle should inspire and stretch you beyond your comfort zone.

Take accountability for the things that happen outside of your control, so you can dictate the outcome.

We experience life physically by way of our mental picture and spiritual health.

Be mindful of what you consume, because it impacts what you think and what you think impacts what you speak.

Believe in all phases of yourself - the good, the bad, the ugly. Don’t stop believing just because challenges are presented. Don’t stop believing because you don’t have the answers or the how to. Believe anyway, because this day is yours! This life is yours! BELIEVE!

You were born byway of fighting for life. (It’s said that we have a better chance of winning the lottery than being born. If that’s the case, we’ve won the lottery by being born.) Continue to fight for the experiences in life you desire. You’re built for this.
