Be mindful of how your energy is used, shared, recharged and depleted by people, places and things.

Take the time to properly heal yourself. Don’t hide from your traumas and challenges. Address your trials and tribulations so you can better heal and be WHOLE.

Don’t only make a physical effort, make a SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, and MENTAL EFFORT to live as you were created to LIVE!
