Welcome to Day 3 of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting! Today, we focus on the spiritual battle we face during fasting.
In 2 Chronicles 20:15, God assures King Jehoshaphat:
"Do not be afraid or discouraged by this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s."
Fasting shifts the fight from the physical to the spiritual realm, where true victory is won. As you face challenges today, remember that God desires to fight your battles and bring victory into your life.
Action Step:
Identify a specific battle in your life and bring it to God in prayer and fasting. Trust Him to fight on your behalf.
Praise God for His sovereignty over every battle.
Confess any fear or doubt about His ability to fight for you.
Thank Him for His promises and faithfulness.
Ask for strength and encouragement as you fast and for His victory to be revealed.Quote of the Day:
"The Spirit-filled life is not a special, deluxe edition of Christianity. It is part and parcel of the total plan of God for His people." — A.W. Tozer
Call to Action:
Keep pressing forward on this fasting journey. Join us tomorrow for Day 4 as we continue to grow in faith and trust in God’s power!
