Celebration Podcast

As we continue through Holy Week, today’s reflection comes from Matthew 27:57–66, the day Jesus was laid in the tomb.

Saturday is the day we often rush past.
We know Sunday is coming… so we skip ahead.

But this day matters.

Today’s reflection takes us to the center of our faith—the cross. It’s difficult to look at, marked by suffering and injustice, yet it’s where we see the fullness of God’s love on display. Here, sin is exposed, grace is extended, and redemption is finished.

As we continue through Passion Week, we find ourselves in one of the most tender and revealing moments in the life of Jesus—His time in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Today’s reflection centers on remembering—who Jesus is, what He’s done, and what His sacrifice truly means. In the middle of it all, Jesus invites us to not just observe, but to personally remember Him.

Today’s reflection reminds us that Jesus cares deeply about the condition of our hearts in worship. He doesn’t confront what distorts it to push people away, but to restore what we were always meant to find in God’s presence—real connection, not distraction.

Join us for a special Passion Week Podcast with Pastor David as we walk through the final days of Jesus’ life. From the triumphal entry to the cross and the empty tomb, each moment carries meaning for our faith today. This week is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and fix our eyes on Jesus.

What does it really mean to know God?In this message, we explore Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus in John 3 and discover that knowing God is more than religious knowledge—it requires being born again, born from above by the Spirit. As Nicodemus encounters Jesus, we see five qualities that open the door to real faith: curiosity to seek truth, caution that still moves forward, logic that wrestles with spiritual realities, humility to admit our need for God, and persistence to keep pursuing Him. Through this encounter, Jesus shows that eternal life begins when we truly trust and surrender our lives to Him.During the service we also showed a short clip that helps illustrate the message.Watch the clip: https://youtu.be/_p2XIUK9VgA?si=bB8O711kJiIVOr7GOpen the App: https://celebrationpeople.org/appOnline Giving: https://celebrationpeople.org/givePrayer Request: https://celebrationpeople.org/prayer-request

In this message, we walk through the story of the woman at the well in John 4 and discover how Jesus meets us right where we are. He breaks through barriers, reveals the deeper thirst in our hearts, speaks truth to our story, and offers the living water that truly satisfies. When we encounter Jesus, our burdens are lifted and our story becomes a testimony that leads others to Him.
