I have been following Wim Hof for the last 6 months and it's been a life changing experience for mind body a soul.

Wim is also known as ''The Iceman'', for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures.   He has set Guinness World Records for swimming under ice and prolonged full-body contact with ice, and previously held the record for a barefoot half marathon on ice and snow.  In other words, he is a bit of a machine.

Between representing Ireland 124 times and also being ambushed by James Haskell & pushed down the street in a hospital bed in Auckland that’s something I never thought I would be talking to Rory Best about. 

Or descripting himself and Haskell as Shrek & Donkey but here we are   He’s now swapped being a full time legend to become a full time farmer. 

There's certainly no love lost between Matty & Lauren, 2.5 years down the line since #marriedatfirstsightaustralia was shot. We chatted about the inside story & effects of being portrayed as the “29 year old virgin” on the biggest social experiment currently on #UK TV.
