Notice that the life you so far lived is behind you, but the life you are yet to live is still a potentiality that can manifest in various ways. This podcast is focused on Midlife Crisis. Midlife Crisis is a period in life, when the value of everything that has been given your life a sense of meaning and direction fades away. In many ways, the experience of midlife crisis is similar to experience of the dark night of the soul. It is in this period that we start questioning “what the point of our life actually was?”, and even doubting the decisions we had made in the past, including the big decisions that set the main course of our life. Ironically, as depressing as it may sound, midlife crisis is an opportunity, an opportunity to pause, reflect, and focus on the person who has been experiencing this life, and through that, notice a deeper and more authentic version of our self, the version of our self that is simply present and transcends the life itself, irrespective of what it has been. 

The purpose of this presentation is to help you understand midlife crisis, not seeing it as disintegration of your values or beliefs, but rather as a potentially life-affirming and transformative period in your life. More specifically, we explain the four phases of life, and what makes midlife an opportunity for self-realization and personal transformation.

Self-love is essential to your well-being and personal transformation, because without it, your view of yourself may never be as positive or trusting to help you believe in yourself, or be inspired to pursue what you want or deserve in life. 

Loving yourself also transforms the love you have for others, and make it more genuine and less conditional. This podcast is focused on Spiritual Awakening Do’s and Don'ts. It provides useful tips related to the spiritual awakening process. Spiritual Awakening is a consciousness-expanding process and opens up your mind to deeper dimensions of reality. What you consider reality is not absolute because reality has many layers, and you have the choice to whether or not access these layers. In fact, many shamanic and esoteric wisdom traditions consider the spiritual reality as an all-encompassing reality, and view the physical world as a material emanation of that reality. 

Because of the non-ordinary nature of spiritual experiences, some preparation and understanding of what to expect can be useful to avoid unnecessary psychological or emotional challenges one may face in the process. This preparation has nothing to do with the level of your intellect or your personal beliefs, but instead to your openness and courage to witness and experience spiritual realities, without demanding your rational mind to understand them, at least at the beginning. This podcast is focused on Consciousness. What is Consciousness? Consciousness is simply a state of awareness. We can experience this state of awareness at a personal or an impersonal level. The personal level of awareness, or simply self-awareness, is about knowing everything that is related to us, and our experience of life as an individual. The impersonal level of awareness is more collective and spiritual in nature, and extends beyond our individual experience of life. In a way, our consciousness or awareness has three main dimensions. Consciousness has a psychological dimension, which is about becoming psychologically conscious and self-aware. Consciousness also has a personal dimension, which is about becoming conscious and aware of what you are meant to experience or manifest in this life. And, Consciousness has an impersonal dimension, which is about becoming spiritually conscious and aware of the divine and spiritual essence of yourself, and all things in the world. 

This podcast is organized in two parts. First part describes a metaphoric representation of consciousness and its dimensions. This helps you notice, where you stand in relationship to these dimensions. Second part highlights the power of your curiosity, and how it is the key to raising your consciousness. Here, we would also see how your curiosity has a directionality, and how that is the single most important factor affecting the level of your self-awareness.
