The Celtics came in and destroyed the Bucks 109-86 in a wire to wire win. If you break this down, you could have 3 different players of the game. Jaylen Brown was the clear player of the game in the first half where he scored 25pts on 9-10 shooting and was absolutely lights out. Then you have Tatum going nuclear in the 2nd half for 19pts in huge spots but the guy for that was lights out all night long was Grant Williams. Grant ended with 21pts 5reb 2ast and one of the best defensive games I have seen played against Giannis. He was a brick wall tonight and us being able to rely on Grant to play Giannis 1-on-1 instead of needing to double him allowed the Celtics to stay glued to their men and limited Giannis to only 7ast tonight compared to his 12 last game. That was the big adjustment Ime made on the defensive end.

The big difference tonight on the offensive end was guys just hitting shots. We shot historically bad last game and I don't think anyone expected that type of performance to happen again but tonight was the complete opposite. We ended the night shooting 48% from the field and 47% from 3 compared to just 33% from the field last game and a lot of that was due to the fact that guys did not settle for shots. They consistently drove and dished and the guys who caught the ball stayed aggressive and tried to get back in the paint to find an even better shot. This was a masterclass game and needs to be the blueprint moving forward.
