The Celtics beat the Mavs 125-112 in this MVP battle between Luka and Tatum and the Celtics prevailed. Luka certainly got his but the Celtics led by double digits for 80% of this game. Jayson Tatum got back to his MVP type season this one with 37pts 13reb and 5ast along with 13-15 from the FT line. This was a great Jayson Tatum game but his running mate Jaylen Brown wasn't far behind with a 31pt 4reb 4ast game of his own on a super efficient 13-18 from the field. The Jays continue to impress and show to the world why they are the best duo in basketball.

We also saw some incredible games from Horford who was a perfect 5-5 form the field and Marcus Ssmart who led the team with 9 assists, some of which were phenomenal passes on backdoor cuts. This team continues to play at such a high level offensively and as soon as Timelord comes back and this defense takes it up a notch, the league is in for some trouble.
