As the Celtics win streak continues, the story lines continue to follow. Earlier this week it was reported that Steph said it was "very, very likely" that the Warriors would have to face Boston in the Finals in June. Today, Steph made further comments clarifying that the Celtics would "obviously" have to get through Cleveland, clearly frustrated with the way the media had portrayed his initial comments. The Celtics will face the last place Dallas Mavericks tomorrow night with their 15 game win streak on the line.

Kyrie Irving scored an efficient 30 points, while Jaylen Brown had a second consecutive great night with a career high 27 points to lead the Boston Celtics to a 110-99 victory over the Atlanta Hawks. The Celtics clawed back from yet another big deficit, trailing by as much as 16.

The (14-2) Celtics are one win away from tying the franchise's best start in history. The one win would have to come against the last place Atlanta Hawks Saturday night.

The Boston Celtics took a 13-game winning streak into Thursday’s marquee matchup against the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors, winners of seven straight games themselves, took their championship belt to the TD Garden Thursday night.

What transpired was a gritty 17-point come from behind victory, as the Celtics beat the powerhouse Warriors by a final of 92-88, extending Boston’s winning streak to 14 games.
