The Celtics held onto their half-game lead for No. 1 in the Eastern Conference Sunday, but have a tough back-to-back this week. Jae Crowder was scheduled to have an MRI on his elbow after leaving Sunday's game in New York. 

The Boston Celtics won their 50th game of the season and tied the Los Angeles Lakers for most 50 win seasons. Jaylen Brown played well in place of Avery Bradley and is shooting extremely well from the field and behind the arc since the all star game. Jae Crowder suffered an elbow injury and will have an MRI back in Boston. The Cleveland Cavaliers kept pace by winning a double overtime game with Indiana Pacers.
