Celtics Play Horrible But Escape With Win!!!!
The Celtics played one of their worst games of the year and still walked away with a 108-105 win and improve to 10-2 on the season and 2-0 during the In-Season Tournament. This was a game that Tatum shot horribly going 8-22 on the field and 1-11 which makes this win even more impressive. We had 7 guys finish this game in double digits with JB leading the way with 23pts on a super efficient 9-14 from the field. Derrick White continued to hit big shot after big shot including a corner 3 that iced the game at 106-103.
Holiday played well throughout this one on both sides of the ball. Porzingis took advantage of a Schroeder in the post on 3 different occasions and was playing mismatches all night. We also saw Horford and Hauser both contribute 11pts in this one and both of them played excellent in stretches tonight that kept the Celtics in the game. It certainly wasn't a pretty win as the Celtics shot just 16-46 from 3 and only got to the FT line 9 times but they pulled out the win and that is all that matters. The Celtics win streak extends to 5 tonight with our next 2 games against Memphis and Charlotte who are both at the bottom of the league so there's a real chance of extending that to 7 games before playing the Bucks next week.
