In the final section of the last chapter of John, Jesus pursues the heart of Peter and in doing so, He reminds us of the grace upon grace He always extends to His children.

Jesus appears to His disciples once again in John 21, the final chapter in the Gospel of John.

After the resurrection Jesus appears to the disciples who, much like us, have numerous doubts and fears. But Jesus appears to them and speaks directly to their hearts so that they may believe in Him.

"He is not here, He has risen!"

Jesus not only died upon a cross, but was buried. In our Good Friday gathering, we conclude John 19 and look at the significance of Jesus's burial and of this day in the Church calendar.

What exactly did Jesus mean when He said "it is finished"? What does Jesus's physical death mean for us today?

Jesus is crucified on the cross of our salvation.

Jesus is flogged and sentenced to be crucified.

Jesus is questioned by Pilate, where Jesus declares that His Kingdom is not of this world and why He came to earth.

In John 18, Jesus appears before the Jewish High Priest, where He is questioned and mocked. While looking on from afar, Peter denies Jesus 3 times, much like we often run from Jesus and try to hide ourselves from Him.
