Center Point Assembly

Pastor Mike finishes up the series on God's Harvest Laws with the Law of Interval. This law or principle is the glue that holds all the preceding principles together. Interval has two major directives, Time and a Commitment to Consistency. God's timing is always right, God is never in a hurry and he understands the Principles of Harvest and He is always in control. The second directive is the commitment required of a Christian to be consistent in "doing good" in the process of waiting for God to bring the harvest. God only asks for a consistent effort on our part and allowing Him to be the God of the Harvest that He promises...

Pastor Mike continues in the Series of God's Harvest Laws with the 3rd of four. This week he speaks on the Law of Increase which states that we will Reap MORE then we Sow. This very significant principle gives us assurance that the "cost" of living a righteous and holy life will be greatly rewarded as God bountifully gives us a harvest of righteousness many times over what we invested. The hard times of life may seem overwhelmingly too difficult for us and too much to bear, but in the harvest laws that God has established HE is telling us that as we obediently act and choose to invest ourselves in His righteousness, He will promise an eternal reward that will far outweigh the light and momentary trouble. What a promise and what a reward, it's all worth it in the end...

Pastor Mike continues to discuss God*s Harvest Laws. This week we explore Principle #2 which is the *Law of Identity*. This principle states that one *reaps* in like kind what one *sows*. In simple terms, if one sows *corn* one reaps *corn*. It would be silly to plant corn seeds and expect to harvest carrots. But like all of these principles, they are easy to understand, yet for many of us if not all, they may be difficult to faithfully apply. As you listen in, we will prove this principle to match precisely with God*s Word: If one sows of the spiritual nature, one reaps eternal life and godly blessings, and if one sows to the selfish and sinful nature one reaps death and destruction. So the wise thing is to be careful what one sows! Listen in and be challenged by the Holy Spirit to take inventory of the seeds you're planting in your life...

Pastor Mike speaks on the importance of dads in the lives of their children. He used a PowerPoint which is attached to share a number of facts about the importance of "involved dads" in the lives of his children. And then correlated it with the importance of keeping God, our "Heavenly Father" engaged in the life of our society. A study was completed as a result of prayer being taken out of the public schools in 1963 was discussed. It's alarming to see the areas of decline in our society that correlate with this legal action. God's presence removed is the leading contributor to the downfall of our society... Open up the presentation and see for yourself... Dad's we need now more then ever to step up and be Godly men and Godly dad's...
