  • Discipline Produces Holiness - PDF
Sunday, May 7, 2023 – The message is “Discipline Produces Holiness.” We’ve been speaking about Godly discipline the past couple of weeks, one of our favorite topics, right? I know it’s not, but we must understand all we can about God’s plan to discipline us and lead us into a life of discipline. Understand, the message today is not only for those that belong to the Assemblies of God church, but it crosses every denominational line because we are talking about God’s standard of Holiness that He requires of every person that desires a relationship with Him. If we are to have a life-saving and changing relationship with God that promises eternal life, we must be HOLY according to God’s Word. If this is a desire of yours, then worship and study along with us. God not only desires holiness in us, but He also requires it.

  • Discipline Strengthens - PDF
Sunday, April 30, 2023 – Today's message is "Discipline Strengthens." Discipline is a word that many don't like to think about. Yet, for those that welcome and apply discipline, their life is different and more effective than otherwise. Do you appreciate that? Discipline comes in two primary forms. One is a corrective form, usually in the form of punishment. The second form is in the form of learned behaviors that result in good and healthy habits. Discipline is welcomed by winning people because they understand that being victorious requires discipline to do what makes them better and more effective. An "undisciplined" person tends to be lazy and goes with the flow thinking that they can win even if they aren't adequately prepared. Do you know what this means? God is a loving disciplinarian because He understands what it takes to overcome evil and all the distractions in this life. He wants to discipline us and to make us disciplined people IF we invite and allow Him. Do you want to be a disciplined person? That's the question. Worship and study with us. Let's learn more about Godly discipline.

  • Patching Relationships - Audio
Sunday, April 16, 2023 – Pastor Ryp Hankins is bringing the message titled, “Patching Relationships”. In this, he discusses how the Church needs to openly receive and love the people that aren’t like them even though it can be a little uncomfortable. Inviting the “hippies” of our generation into the church is about loving them without judging them. This doesn’t mean that we compromise the truth of God’s Word by agreeing with un-godly lifestyles, it’s about developing a trusting relationship so that they will see the love of Christ in us, so that we can help them make the choices that God is pleased with, beginning with accepting Jesus as Savior and helping them make Him their Lord. Pastor Ryp also got a little more personal in showing how important it is for “Christians” to love each other. The enemy is very subtle and good bringing division among family members. He loves to bring angst between brothers and sisters that slowly destroy the relationship between themselves and ultimately God. This is a great message to take to heart…. Worship and study with us.

  • The Power of Easter - PDF
Sunday, April 9, 2023 – Easter Sunday – Christ has Risen! What a day to celebrate above all others. If you are a born-again, Bible-believing, disciple of Christ, this is the hallmark high holiday and foundational truth of your hope and promise. Without the POWER OF EASTER, we have no hope! That’s what we’re talking about today – “The Power of Easter.” Why did Jesus have to die, and why is Easter or Resurrection Day so powerful? Very simply, because if Jesus wouldn’t have died, then HE couldn’t have been resurrected. And if He wasn’t resurrected, then HE wouldn’t have been able to defeat the power of death, and thus, we wouldn’t be able to either. But glory to God, Jesus completed the mission. He went to the cross to pay the penalty of sin, taking the Wrath of God that we deserved, paid the debt that we couldn’t pay, died a death He didn’t deserve, and then gloriously rose from the dead and defeated death. The Power of Easter is not ultimately in the cross but in an empty tomb. Come worship and study God’s Word…
