Sunday, April 9, 2023 – Easter Sunday – Christ has Risen! What a day to celebrate above all others. If you are a born-again, Bible-believing, disciple of Christ, this is the hallmark high holiday and foundational truth of your hope and promise. Without the POWER OF EASTER, we have no hope! That’s what we’re talking about today – “The Power of Easter.” Why did Jesus have to die, and why is Easter or Resurrection Day so powerful? Very simply, because if Jesus wouldn’t have died, then HE couldn’t have been resurrected. And if He wasn’t resurrected, then HE wouldn’t have been able to defeat the power of death, and thus, we wouldn’t be able to either. But glory to God, Jesus completed the mission. He went to the cross to pay the penalty of sin, taking the Wrath of God that we deserved, paid the debt that we couldn’t pay, died a death He didn’t deserve, and then gloriously rose from the dead and defeated death. The Power of Easter is not ultimately in the cross but in an empty tomb. Come worship and study God’s Word…

Sunday, April 2, 2023 – Sunday’s message by Pastor Ryp Hankins is titled “What Is Truth?” Pastor Ryp deals with the increasing surge in “un-truth” in all areas of our society today. If Jesus dealt with issues dealing with truth, it has increased many times over in the 2000 years of increased Satanic activity. One of the freeing elements of truth is that it breaks through the darkness of evil and shines brightly on the veiled and deceptive attacks of the enemy. That’s why every true believer in Jesus needs to let their light shine and cover it due to the fear of men. We can navigate this dark world only as the truth of Christ’s light shines. Worship and study along with us…

Sunday, March 26, 2023 – Today's message is "Discipline Proves Love." Do you have any idea what that means? How can discipline and love be in the same sentence? The way God proves that He loves us is proven by the fact that He disciplines us as an earthly father disciplines his children. Unfortunately for many, the last part of the previous sentence is the hard part because many times, earthly fathers either didn't do a good job disciplining their children or, worse yet, they abused them as a form of discipline. That's not the Godly discipline that we're talking about today. Instead, God loves us so so so much that His form of discipline shapes us into loved children that honor Him and reflect His Holiness. There's a lot to discuss here, so I encourage you to worship and study with us…

Sunday, March 19, 2023 – Pastor Ryp shares a message titled "The Deity of Christ," a timeless yet very significant message coming into the Easter season in a couple of weeks. If we can't see Christ as fully man and fully God (Deity), then the gospel isn't the powerful, freeing message of Good News that it is. That's the enemy's focus, keeping us from seeing Christ in His perfect and Holy nature so that our faith is misplaced, as the false religions portray. Pastor Ryp gives us sound Biblical evidence of the Deity of Jesus so that we can accept His sacrifice that delivers us from our sinful past into a personal and eternal relationship. Worship and study along with us…

Sunday, March 12, 2023 – Today, we will review and wrap up our mini-series on the keys to living a victorious Christian life. Our text has been Hebrews 12:1-3, and today we are adding verse 4. Today's title is "Do Not Grow Weary and Lose Heart." Obviously, this is not as easy as it is to say. However, Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, is with us at the beginning of the race, at the end of the race, and everywhere in the process. But most importantly, He ran His own race and finished in first place. His victory assures us Hope that we can run and finish our race just as He did. This message is a great encouragement for everyone, no matter the circumstances one may find themselves in. Worship and study with us as we fix our eyes on Jesus…
