Center Point Assembly

Sunday, December 11, 2022 - We are finishing up our study on Revelation 22, emphasizing the last words spoken to humanity by God. Consistent with our expectations, words spoken at the end of life or the end of time as we know it is typically pretty important. John the Revelator has been given powerful visions and messages by angels and Jesus Himself of all the glorious things in store for the faithful. And in the midst of it all, God is still calling out to people to choose Him over the things of the enemy. It is the prayer of this pastor that all would choose to make the necessary arrangements in one's spiritual life to spend eternity in fellowship with God the Heavenly Father. There will come a time when the era of Grace will be over; choose wisely now while the opportunity exists... Remember, the BEST IS YET TO COME!!

Sunday, December 4, 2022 - We are finishing up our study on the 21st chapter of Revelation. If you decide to watch this, prepare your mind to blow up! What John the Revelator is describing as he is being shown the New Jerusalem being lowered from Heaven to settle on the New Earth is beyond anything mankind could ever build or even imagine. This kind of imagery just can't be made up! Both the immense size and the brilliance of the city, as we are going to describe, are absolutely beyond anything we can imagine. So get ready to see God put on a display of His glory that reveals how much He loves us, His cherished creation. At the end of the message, we take some calculated liberty to try to figure out what happens to all those that are yet in the human flesh that have lived through the 1000-year millennial reign and have chosen to follow Christ versus those that choose to follow Satan in his last attempt to overthrow God. They are destroyed by fire from Heaven only to have their lot with all the other evil dead in the Great White Throne Judgment. But what happens to the righteous that are surviving? As I said, we are using our God-given imagination to describe a possible answer, and it's a glorious one if this is what happens.

Sunday, November 27, 2022 - We are in week 2 of our study on Revelation 21 - The New Heavens and New Earth. John the Revelator describes what he's seeing and being told to write down. This continues to bring us joy in knowing God has great things prepared for the faithful in the New Heavens and New Earth. John promises that those that are overcomers will enjoy everything he is describing, but those that are listed as cowards, unbelievers, vile, murderers, sexually immoral, idolators, liers and the like will not inherit eternal life but will be consigned to the lake of burning sulfur. Interestingly, those guilty of less serious sins are listed at the top of the list of those that are consigned to Hell. Why is that? Could it be that it's not the seriousness of the sin but rather the vast numbers of those guilty of the sin that tops the list? That's something that should make us all take note of our lives and be diligent in not being cowardly or unbelieving in our daily living in our daily lives. That's why set our minds on things above now while we have the opportunity...

Sunday, November 13, 2022 - We're beginning to study Revelation 21 - The New Heavens and New Earth. This is the beginning of the time when God and mankind will live together for all eternity. Until now, man couldn't look at the Face of God, but now we will see Him face to face. We will discuss one of many things beyond our comprehension and most incredible imagination. John the Revelator witnessed God remaking the broken and diseased world of sin into a brand new, remodeled Earth that will never again be tainted or stained with the curse of sin. What a glorious sight that will be for us to witness firsthand among so many marvelous things for all eternity. I pray that this study will create a genuine heartfelt desire for Heaven in your heart and help us all live with more excellent intentions keeping our eyes focused on Christ and the things unseen as they are eternal... Be blessed and be busy in the Kingdom!
