1 Peter 2:9-2:12 | How often do you miss out on the amazing truth of who you are, in the light of who Jesus is and what he did on the cross for you? Many people are living with an identity crisis ... they don't know who they are in Jesus. As we walk through life together it is important to remember that our true identity doesn't stem from our sin, our accomplishments, or our failures, but rather that it comes from God's unfailing love through Jesus.

John 8:31-8:47 | Jesus declares that true disciples abide in his word. And it is by abiding in his word that true disciples are filled with the gospel, freed by the gospel, and fuelled for fruitful gospel-living.

John 8:12-8:30 | Jesus doesn't describe Himself as a light to the world among many, but the light of the world. To reject Jesus is to die in our sins and be cast into outer darkness. To believe in Jesus is to receive true sight and life.

John 7:32-7:52 | Water is critical to human survival - physically and spiritually. Jesus' invitation to drink of Him to satisfy our spiritual thirst must be responded to in order to have ?"streams of living water" flow from within us. These ?"streams" - the work and ministry of The Holy Spirit, are essential to spiritual life and vitality. This message explores three streams of God's work in our lives by His Spirit - streams that are essential for our salvation, sanctification and for the supernatural power of God to be evident in our lives.

John 7:14-7:31 | We live in the age of the selfie. Our natural bent is toward self-glorification. But we are compelled by Jesus and His Word to deflect and direct all glory to God.

John 7:1-7:13 | If you have loved ones who don't believe in Jesus you know what it's like to both care deeply for their souls and experience the rejection that comes because of your faith. Take heart, Jesus has been there too. And by looking at the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, we are shown how we are to live for Him and lead others to follow Him.

John 6:52-6:71 | The crowd that had been following Jesus were getting progressively more disturbed by what He was saying, culminating in many of them turning away when Jesus declared, ?"unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." What do you do with the hard sayings of Jesus? And could it be that His words and actions are far more wonderful than you could ever imagine?

John 6:35-6:51 | Jesus made a very bold statement. He said that He Himself is what we need to satisfy our deepest longings and be at peace. The problem is that we choose not to believe Jesus' words and attempt to fill the void with other things. Riches and comfort mask our true depravity. If we were to understand the Truth, we would see that we are starving to the point of death and require a miracle. The miracle is that God would enter into to our chaos and give himself as the remedy to our condition.

Isaiah 58:1-58:14 | Compassion Sunday 2016. We focused on the biblical reality that pure worship (worship that honours God) includes caring for others, especially the vulnerable such as the foreigner, widow and orphan.

1 Peter 2:24-2:25 | Easter Sunday 2016. Because Jesus died on a cross and rose again our lives can be absolutely transformed. Our guilt lifted, liberated from the enslaving power of sin, the ability to live new lives, and cause for celebration in a God who has proven that He is trustworthy. The Good News of the cross and resurrection changes everything!
