Centralization and Specialization Allows Financial Stability and Growth

Listen Later

During the COVID-19 shutdown, when many providers lost sstaff or even closed, Pioneer Physicians Network, Inc. actually grew. This Ohio primary care practiced acquired three practices and added five physicians to its existing sites. In this video, Leanne Knight, Director of Health Informatics, explains how they streamlined their organization to achieve this success,

They created a central office to take the burden of general services such as referrals and document management off of their 18 treat locations, so that the staff at those sites could focus on patient care. The cloud-based eClinicalWorks service made this possible.
