The coaches have learned an almighty lesson as they prepare to finish the end of the first round. Coach Matiu has another mishap at training, leading to a start of a new segment? The boys put all of their preparation on the line for the first game, but how did they get on? One of the players weighs in and gives us their thoughts and we introduce a new segment - The Situation.

With the start of the season knocking on the door. This week the boys speak with mental skills coach Craig Turner (from DiamondMindset Msc) to discuss how to build on our mental skills to perform better. We also discuss how Matiu got a black eye, our first training and we name our team.
