CEO BLINDSPOTS GUEST: Jeff Groudan, Managing Partner of Ancon Real Estate Ventures, and ex-Global Head of HP's $ 5Billion PC business. During this podcast, Jeff shares some great tips regarding how to lead a team during these unprecedented times (and how he learned to delegate effectively after realizing that was one of his blindspots!).
Jeff started out as engineer, graduating with a BSEE from the University of Virginia. A few years later, Jeff went back to school and graduated with an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He spent the next 24 years in the PC industry managing product lines with over $5B in sales. After rising to Vice President and Global Head of one of HP’s most profitable PC businesses, Jeff retired and joined his wife to help expand their real estate businesses full time.
Today, the ANCON Real Estate group is focused on growing a portfolio of single and multi-family rental properties as well as luxury home remodeling. In addition, Jeff and Lenna have expanded their business to help teach individuals to buy and sell their own homes with seller financing.
