Episode #021 – On today’s episode of the podcast I had the pleasure of speaking to Will Pemble. I don’t even know where to start when introducing this man and you’ll understand why when you learn a little more about what he does.

Between the years of 1999-2006 he built and sold one of the world’s biggest website hosting platforms called web.com. From this he extracted key operations and through the lessons learned he now runs his own management consulting firm, Goal Boss. Goal Boss specialises in transforming managers into leaders and groups into teams by providing the tools, strategies and techniques to build enduring success with their coaches and clients.

However, this is where things get interesting and this is where you may have heard of Will before. He is the man who has built a rollercoaster in his back garden. It’s literally something straight out of a movie. His journey has been viewed millions of times on YouTube. Wired documented the creation and the video now has over 3.8 million views and Will also has his own YouTube channel where you get to see the full journey of the coaster’s creation. These videos have been viewed by over 7 million people. He has even been featured on Netflix, Good Morning America, NBC and CBS.

I can assure you that you will love listening to what Will has to say. Despite his wacky creations he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to business and he’s able to provide a ton of value.

Episode #018 - On today’s episode I had the pleasure of speaking to Rocky Romanella. The Art of Inspiration is all about chasing your dreams. Rocky’s career journey, which is over 40 years, is one of those. Although no one has the only and exact answer, Rocky has stories and experiences that may help to find the recipe for success.

Rocky is a witty, Blue-Collar Guy who rose through the ranks at UPS. He then became a CEO and Board member of a small telecom company. And today, a small business owner.

He believes that we all have a responsibility to leave things a little better than we found it. This is LEGACY.

He has even recently published a book that I think will relate to you all. Tighten the Lug Nuts: The Principles of Balanced Leadership, uses his over forty years of experience in supply chain, logistics and transportation, retail, sales and operational management at UPS, and his CEO and Director roles at a company he worked at after his UPS days.
