新型冠狀病毒對香港以至全球經濟，帶來前所未有的衝擊。在過去一段時間，本港就業情況持續惡化，並陸續出現公司倒閉及結業潮，而這情況將可能會持續一段長時間。

教會在當前的處境，除了關心奉獻是否減少之外，或許更需要關注信徒群體及身處的社區，所面對的經濟危機及生活挑戰。作為教牧及教會領䄂，我們是否已預備好作出應對呢？在經濟嚴冬下，我們與信徒一起反思何為美好生活？我們應該怎樣重新思考教會的使命？除了扶貧，堂會還可以怎樣踐行信仰，為社區及牧養的群體帶來溫暖及曙光呢？
