Ikigai: a lifestyle, an experience, a philosophy that originates in Asia and is often mentioned in relation to the Japanese population in Okinawa, the longest-lived in the world. But what is ikigai? How is this "state of happiness" achieved? And does it change over time? Does it change from person to person? and what about from one culture to another.
