She discusses the need to increase education of the public on how AI is being used, EEOC guidance on key civil rights bills such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), as well as key points employers should be aware of when deploying AI.
