The economy is rolling along. Not only is the demand for products and services up, but the demand for workers is up too. And when the demand for labor is up, wages increase. Most of us don't need to worry about the GILTI tax but large multinational corporations do primarily because Washington keeps making a complicated tax scheme worse. In their efforts to provide rules for taxing "global intangible low-taxed income" the bureaucrats have made high priced tax consultants happy and US companies frustrated.
