This week Max and Avery have a lot to talk about.  They start off by talking about the FIFA World Cup and discussing the teams that they are Following: the United States, Wales for Max, and Mexico for Avery.  They go through a few of the exciting games that happened this week in the NFL, such as Vikings vs Cowboys, 49ers vs Cardinals, and Patriots vs Jets (7:30).  Next, they recap the Bears' game against the Falcons before making their predictions on the upcoming game versus the Jets (29:05).  The college football playoffs are coming up soon and Max and Avery talk about some of the recent games from the top five ranked teams (41:08).  Their college team, the Iowa Hawkeyes, control their own destiny with making the Big Ten championship and Max and Avery express their nervousness about their final game against the Nebraska Cornhuskers (49:02).  Finally, they finish up by talking about the results of their college basketball teams by recapping Iowa vs Omaha  before discussing the upcoming games for both team (59:15).  

This week Max and Avery apologize for missing an episode last week for talking about some notable games that happened in the NFL.  They discussed the last 2 games of the Bears before giving their thoughts on the upcoming game against the Falcons (14:50).  The move into college football to explain how they will soon be discussing the college football playoff scenarios (32:00).  Next they recap the last couple of Iowa games before discussing their upcoming opponent Minnesota (34:00).  Basketball is Back! Max and Avery debut their college basketball talk by introducing their teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Omaha Mavericks (46:40).  Finally, they end with some closing comments on the future of the podcast (54:00).  BEAR DOWN!

This week Max and Avery discussed a few of the games that stood out to them this week in the NFL before recapping the Bears' game against the Cowboys (12:40).  Then they shared their thoughts on the recent trades made by the Bears before the trade deadline and how they think it will impact the team (18:15).  Next, they give their predictions for the Bears' upcoming game against the Dolphins (36:30).  Finally, they recap the Iowa vs Northwestern game before making their predictions for the upcoming game against Purdue (44:15).  They also give a quick summary of what to expect from the podcast now that college basketball is about to start (54:00)!

This week Max and Avery have another guest (Phillip) to talk about the upcoming Cowboys vs Bears game.  But first, they discuss a few other notable games in the NFL, such as Ravens vs Bucs, Packers vs Commanders, and Lions vs Cowboys (0:55).  Next, they recap the Bears' game against the Patriots and their new sense of hope (14:20).  With this newfound optimism, everyone shares their thoughts and predictions for the Cowboys vs Bears game (25:05).  Finally, Max and Avery recap the Iowa game against Ohio State before discussing their upcoming opponent, Northwestern (34:45).  

This week Max and Avery express their concerns for both their NFL and College teams as they both had disappointing losses.  Both teams will be facing challenging opponents this upcoming week as well and Max and Avery are fighting to find the light in what feels like a dark time in football.  

Due to the Bears playing the Thursday Night Game this week Max and Avery recorded a special episode just to recap the Bears' game against the Vikings and give their takes on the upcoming game against the Commanders.  

This week Max and Avery have their very first guest join them for the first half of the Episode.  They discuss some notable games that occurred in the NFL last week before recapping the Bears' game against the giants.  Next, they recapped the Vikings' season so far and made their predictions for the upcoming Bears vs Vikings game.  Then Max and Avery talk about some college football starting off with undefeated Kansas.  Finally, they recap the Iowa game against Michigan and air their concerns about the upcoming Iowa game against Illinois.

This week Max and Avery had to record individual takes at separate times due to scheduling issues.  However, they still manage to discuss the Bears game vs the Texans last week as well as their upcoming game at the Giants.  And they recapped the Iowa game against Rutgers before discussing their upcoming game against number 4 Michigan. 

We start off by recapping a couple of the games that stood out to us last week as well as the Thursday night game last night (Steelers vs Browns).  Next, we recap the Bears game against the Packers and give our takes on how the game went.  Then we predict how the Bears' upcoming game against the Texans will go before making some other NFL upcoming game predictions.  Finally, we wrap up by talking about college football, recapping the Iowa game against Nevada as well as making predictions about their upcoming game at Rutgers.  And to end the podcast we talk a little bit about the upcoming Iowa State game against number 19 Baylor.  

Avery was sick and unable to record today so Max gave a short recap of the Bear's game against the 49ers before talking a little bit about the upcoming rivalry game with the Greenbay Packers.  Finally, Max mentions the upcoming Iowa game against Nevada and his predictions for how it will go.
