Mick Thomas talks about his 60 Mile Ultra  run experience, the highs the lows and what's next. Host Kristian  Vasquez ran 29 miles and chimes in on how he was able to reach this  distance with minimal training. This is was the first annual Hamptons  100 Mile Ultra Run.
